The World Adventure Racing Championships are held annually, organised by a different organiser in a different country each year. The 2008 ARWC is the Ecomotion/Pro in Brazil.

Team Merrell is captained by American Robyn Benincasa. A legend of the sport, Robyn has been racing since 1994 and has completed over 30 expedition length races.You can learn more about Robyn and Team Merrell at:
